Ingredients
- 🍖 Meat (ribs, brisket, etc.) – 2 lbs
- 🧂 BBQ dry rub – 1/4 cup
- 🪵 Wood chips (hickory, mesquite) – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
- 🍎 Apple cider vinegar – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- 🍖 Rub meat with dry rub and let sit for 30 minutes.
- 💨 Add wood chips for smoky flavor.
- ♨️ Place meat in smoker with onion and cook for 2 hours, spraying with apple cider vinegar every 30 minutes.
- 🌡️ Check internal temperature; remove when done and rest before slicing and serving.
