- 🥑 Avocado – mashed

Instructions
- 🍳 Fry an egg to your liking.
- 🥑 Mash avocado with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- 🔪 Slice croissant in half and smash gently.
- Spread avocado on the bottom half.
- 🥚 Place the fried egg on top and add the other half of the croissant.
