Instructions

  • 🥑 Mash avocado with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • 🔪 Slice croissant in half and smash gently.
  • Spread avocado on the bottom half.
  • 🥚 Place the fried egg on top and add the other half of the croissant.
