Ingredients

  • 🐖 Pork shoulder – 3 lbs
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🥤 BBQ sauce – 1 cup
  • 🥖 Sandwich rolls – 6

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear pork shoulder on all sides in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot.
  • 🥤 Pour in BBQ sauce, ensuring pork is mostly covered.
  • 🥘 Slow cook in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 3 hours, or until pork is very tender.
  • ✨ Shred pork with two forks and serve on sandwich rolls.
