Ingredients
- 🐖 Pork shoulder – 3 lbs
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🥤 BBQ sauce – 1 cup
- 🥖 Sandwich rolls – 6
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear pork shoulder on all sides in a large pot or Dutch oven.
- 🧅 Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot.
- 🥤 Pour in BBQ sauce, ensuring pork is mostly covered.
- 🥘 Slow cook in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 3 hours, or until pork is very tender.
- ✨ Shred pork with two forks and serve on sandwich rolls.
