Ingredients

  • 1 block silken tofu 🧊
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil 🫘
  • 1/2 tsp sugar 🍚
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger 🫚
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions 🧅
  • Sesame seeds (optional) 🌱

Instructions

  • Gently remove the silken tofu from its container and place it on a serving plate. 🍽️
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and grated ginger. 🥣
  • Pour the sauce over the tofu. 🥄
  • Garnish with thinly sliced scallions and sesame seeds (if using). ✨
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy! 🎉
