Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice noodles – flat, soaked
- 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 🫘 Tofu – firm, cubed
- 🥚 Eggs – lightly beaten
- 🥜 Peanuts – crushed
- 🌿 Bean sprouts – fresh
- 🍋 Lime – wedges
- 🌶️ Pad Thai sauce – (tamarind, fish sauce, sugar)
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry tofu and shrimp until cooked.
- 🥚 Push to one side, add eggs and scramble lightly.
- 🍜 Add noodles and Pad Thai sauce, toss well.
- 🌿 Mix in bean sprouts, peanuts, and serve immediately.
- 🍋 Garnish with lime wedges and extra peanuts.
