Ingredients
- 🍤 Shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 🥟 Shumai wrappers – for wrapping
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – finely diced
- 🫚 Ginger – grated
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
Instructions
- 🔪 Chop shrimp and mix with onion, mushrooms, ginger, and seasonings.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling into each shumai wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper and pleat around the filling, leaving the top open.
- ♨️ Steam the shumai for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- 🥢 Garnish with green onions and serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce.
