- sugar – 50g, granulated
- 🥚 Egg – 1 medium
- 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 tsp
- flour – 150g, all-purpose
Instructions

- 🥣 Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 🥚 Beat in the egg and lemon zest.
