Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi rice – cooked
  • 🥛 Shiro-an (white bean paste)
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🍣 Nori seaweed sheets
  • 🌱 Sprouts - for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
  • 🌿 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
  • 🍚 Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  • ⚪ Add a line of shiro-an and cucumber slices.
  • 🍥 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat and slice into rolls. Garnish with sprouts and serve.
