Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi rice – cooked
- 🥛 Shiro-an (white bean paste)
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🍣 Nori seaweed sheets
- 🌱 Sprouts - for garnish
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- 🌿 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
- 🍚 Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
- ⚪ Add a line of shiro-an and cucumber slices.
- 🍥 Roll tightly using the bamboo mat and slice into rolls. Garnish with sprouts and serve.
