Ingredients

  • 🍜 Yi-noodles – 200g
  • 🥩 Pork – 100g, thinly sliced
  • 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 4, sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Scallions – for garnish
  • 🍲 Broth – 500ml (chicken or vegetable)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry pork until cooked.
  • 🧅 Add onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and bok choy, stir-fry until wilted.
  • 🍲 Pour in broth and bring to a boil, then add Yi-noodles.
  • 🍜 Cook noodles until tender, garnish with scallions and serve hot.
