Ingredients
- 🍜 Yi-noodles – 200g
- 🥩 Pork – 100g, thinly sliced
- 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
- 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 4, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Scallions – for garnish
- 🍲 Broth – 500ml (chicken or vegetable)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry pork until cooked.
- 🧅 Add onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and bok choy, stir-fry until wilted.
- 🍲 Pour in broth and bring to a boil, then add Yi-noodles.
- 🍜 Cook noodles until tender, garnish with scallions and serve hot.
