Ingredients
- 🍕 Pizza dough – homemade or store-bought
- 🍅 Canned tomatoes – crushed

- 🐟 Anchovies – chopped (optional)

- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – seasoned
- 🌿 Oregano – dried
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🫒 Olive oil – for drizzling
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- 🧅 Sauté onions in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and anchovies (if using); cook briefly.
- 🍅 Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🍕 Stretch pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly.
- 🧀 Sprinkle with caciocavallo cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
