Ingredients

  • 🦑 Cuttlefish (Seppia) – 500g, cleaned
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🌿 Parsley – Fresh, chopped
  • 🍷 White Wine – 1/2 cup
  • 🍅 Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Flakes – to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, and sauté until softened.
  • 🦑 Add the cuttlefish and chili flakes, cook for a few minutes.
  • 🍷 Deglaze with white wine, let it reduce slightly.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer until seppia is tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
