Ingredients
- 🦑 Cuttlefish (Seppia) – 500g, cleaned
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Parsley – Fresh, chopped
- 🍷 White Wine – 1/2 cup
- 🍅 Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili Flakes – to taste
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, and sauté until softened.
- 🦑 Add the cuttlefish and chili flakes, cook for a few minutes.
- 🍷 Deglaze with white wine, let it reduce slightly.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Simmer until seppia is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
