Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat (lamb or beef) – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3 finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥩 In a bowl, mix ground meat with onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cilantro, and lemon juice.
  • 🧂 Add spices and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • 🧊 Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
  • 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry the kababs until cooked through and browned.
  • 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges and chutney.
