Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat (lamb or beef) – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3 finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
Instructions
- 🥩 In a bowl, mix ground meat with onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cilantro, and lemon juice.
- 🧂 Add spices and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 🧊 Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry the kababs until cooked through and browned.
- 🍋 Serve hot with lemon wedges and chutney.
