Ingredients

  • 🌊 Scallops – 8-10, patted dry
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, for juice
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – for garnish
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 🧂 Season scallops with salt and pepper.
  • 🥘 Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🧄 Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over scallops and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately. ✨
