Ingredients
- 🌊 Scallops – 8-10, patted dry
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, for juice
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) – for garnish
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 🧂 Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- 🥘 Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🧄 Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
