Ingredients
- 🍤 Mixed Seafood – 1 lb (shrimp, mussels, clams)
- 🍅 Canned crushed tomatoes – 28 oz
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh basil – chopped
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 8 oz
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🍷 Dry white wine – 1/4 cup (optional)
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.
- 🌶️ Add red pepper flakes and optional white wine, cook for 1 minute.
- 🍅 Stir in crushed tomatoes and basil. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🍤 Add mixed seafood to the sauce. Cook until seafood is cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- 🍝 Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve marinara over spaghetti.
