Ingredients

  • 🥛 Flour – 2 cups
  • 🧈 Butter – ½ cup cold, cubed
  • 🍬 Sugar – ¼ cup
  • 🥄 Baking Powder – 1 tbsp
  • 🥛 Milk – ½ cup
  • 🍓 Jam – for serving
  • 🧈 Butter – for serving

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl.
  • 🧊 Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
  • 🥛 Add milk and mix until just combined.
  • 🔪 Gently pat dough into a circle and cut into wedges.
  • 🔥 Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with jam and butter.
