Ingredients

- 🍓 Jam – for serving
- 🧈 Butter – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl.
- 🧊 Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
- 🥛 Add milk and mix until just combined.
- 🔪 Gently pat dough into a circle and cut into wedges.
- 🔥 Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with jam and butter.
