Ingredients

- 🫙 Soy Sauce – for umami

- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🌶️ Soak dried red chilies in hot water.
- 🧄 Grind chilies, garlic, and ginger into a paste.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add the paste and sauté.
- 🫙 Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Simmer until thickened.
- 🍲 Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
