Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Dried Red Chilies – for heat
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🧅 Ginger – minced
  • 🫙 Soy Sauce – for umami
  • 🍚 Sugar – to balance flavors
  • 🌿 Vinegar – for tang
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🌶️ Soak dried red chilies in hot water.
  • 🧄 Grind chilies, garlic, and ginger into a paste.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add the paste and sauté.
  • 🫙 Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Simmer until thickened.
  • 🍲 Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
