Ingredients

  • 🐚 Scallops – fresh, patted dry
  • 🧈 Butter – unsalted
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍋 Lemon – juice and zest
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan until melted and slightly browned.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  • 🐚 Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over scallops and add lemon zest.
  • 🌿 Garnish with parsley, season with salt & pepper, and serve immediately.
