Ingredients
- 🐚 Scallops – fresh, patted dry
- 🧈 Butter – unsalted
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍋 Lemon – juice and zest
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan until melted and slightly browned.
- 🧄 Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- 🐚 Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over scallops and add lemon zest.
- 🌿 Garnish with parsley, season with salt & pepper, and serve immediately.
