Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – ½ cup
- 🧅 Scallions – ½ cup, chopped
- 🫘 Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- 🔪 Roll out the dough thinly and brush with sesame oil.
- 🧅 Sprinkle chopped scallions and salt evenly.
- 🍥 Roll the dough into a spiral and flatten it into a pancake.
- 🍳 Cook in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot. 🔥
