Ingredients
- 1 Sausage 🌭
- 1 Egg yolk 🥚
- 1 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- 1/2 tsp Mustard 🫙
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions
- Boil the sausage until cooked through. Approximately 8-10 minutes. ♨️
- While the sausage is boiling, prepare the yolk mayo. 🥣
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with mustard. 🥄
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until a creamy mayonnaise forms. 🍶
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 🧂
- Slice the cooked sausage and serve with the yolk mayo. 🍽️
