Ingredients

- 🧂 Spices – salt, black pepper, and paprika
- 🧅 Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon for seasoning
- 🍳 Olive Oil – for pan-frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine ground chicken, minced garlic, herbs, and spices in a large mixing bowl.
- 🌯 Divide the mixture and roll into sausage shapes using cling film or parchment paper.
- 💧 Simmer the wrapped sausages in hot water for 10 minutes to set the shape.
- 🍳 Remove the wrapping and sear the sausages in a pan with oil until golden brown.
- ✨ Serve warm with mustard, salad, or inside a fresh baguette.
