Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese: Philadelphia or similar
  • Sugar: Granulated
  • Eggs: Large
  • Heavy Cream: 35% fat or higher
  • All-Purpose Flour: For texture
  • Pinch of Salt: To enhance flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 🔥
  • Line a 6-inch springform pan with parchment paper, allowing it to extend well over the edges. 📜
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 🥣
