Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat grill or pan to medium-high.
  • 🥓 Place pork belly slices on the hot surface and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🥬 Wrap the cooked pork with lettuce, garlic, onion and add a dab of gochujang.
  • 🍶 Dip into sesame oil with salt and pepper for extra flavor.
