Ingredients

  • 🐷 Pork – cut into chunks
  • 🧂 Salted plums – a handful
  • 💧 Water – 6 cups
  • 🧅 Onion – quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – sliced
  • 🍃 Scallions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear pork chunks in a pot until browned.
  • 💧 Add water, salted plums, onion, garlic, and ginger.
  • simmer for 40 minutes, skimming off any scum.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
  • 🍃 Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
