Ingredients
- 🐷 Pork – cut into chunks
- 🧂 Salted plums – a handful
- 💧 Water – 6 cups
- 🧅 Onion – quartered
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 inch piece, sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – sliced
- 🍃 Scallions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear pork chunks in a pot until browned.
- 💧 Add water, salted plums, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- simmer for 40 minutes, skimming off any scum.
- 🥕 Add carrots and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
- 🍃 Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
