Ingredients

  • 🥐 Croissants – 4 large
  • 🥚 Salted egg yolks – 4 cooked
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp, melted

Instructions

  • 🥚 Steam or bake salted egg yolks until cooked through and mash finely.
  • 🥛 In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and mix in mashed yolks and honey until smooth.
  • 🔪 Slice croissants horizontally and brush with melted butter.
  • 🥄 Fill each croissant with the salted egg yolk mixture.
  • 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Serve warm. ✨
