- ๐ง Garlic โ 1 clove
- ๐ท Sherry vinegar โ 1 tbsp
- olive oil โ extra virgin
- ๐ฅ Hard-boiled eggs โ for garnish
- ๐ฅ Jamรณn โ for garnish
Instructions
- ๐ Blend tomatoes, bread, and garlic until smooth.
- ๐ท Add sherry vinegar and olive oil; blend again.
- โ๏ธ Chill the soup for at least 2 hours.
- ๐ฅ Garnish with chopped hard-boiled egg and jamรณn.
