Ingredients
- 🍅 Ripe tomatoes – 1 kg
- 🥖 Stale bread – 150g
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove
- 🍷 Sherry vinegar – 1 tbsp
- olive oil – extra virgin
- 🥚 Hard-boiled eggs – for garnish
- 🥓 Jamón – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍅 Blend tomatoes, bread, and garlic until smooth.
- 🍷 Add sherry vinegar and olive oil; blend again.
- ❄️ Chill the soup for at least 2 hours.
- 🥚 Garnish with chopped hard-boiled egg and jamón.
- 🥣 Serve cold and enjoy!
