Ingredients

  • 🍅 Ripe tomatoes – 1 kg
  • 🥖 Stale bread – 150g
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove
  • 🍷 Sherry vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • olive oil – extra virgin
  • 🥚 Hard-boiled eggs – for garnish
  • 🥓 Jamón – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍅 Blend tomatoes, bread, and garlic until smooth.
  • 🍷 Add sherry vinegar and olive oil; blend again.
  • ❄️ Chill the soup for at least 2 hours.
  • 🥚 Garnish with chopped hard-boiled egg and jamón.
  • 🥣 Serve cold and enjoy!
