Ingredients
- 🍜 Noodles – cooked
- 🍣 Salmon – fillet, skinless
- 🥬 Bok choy – chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – julienned
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – optional
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic and onions in a pan until fragrant.
- 🍣 Add salmon and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- 🥕 Add carrots and bok choy, stir-fry until slightly softened.
- 🍜 Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, toss everything together.
- 🌶️ Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
