Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – cooked
  • 🍣 Salmon – fillet, skinless
  • 🥬 Bok choy – chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – julienned
  • 🧅 Onion – sliced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – optional

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté garlic and onions in a pan until fragrant.
  • 🍣 Add salmon and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  • 🥕 Add carrots and bok choy, stir-fry until slightly softened.
  • 🍜 Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, toss everything together.
  • 🌶️ Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired, and serve immediately.
