Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 bowls
  • 🍣 Salmon fillet – 2 pieces
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 🫙 Sugar – 1 tsp
  • 🍥 Nori seaweed – for garnish
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced (optional)
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare the rice and keep warm.
  • 🔪 Slice the salmon into thin pieces.
  • 🥣 Make a sauce with soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
  • 🐟 Arrange salmon on top of the rice bowl.
  • ✨ Drizzle the sauce, add nori and serve immediately.
