Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 bowls
- 🍣 Salmon fillet – 2 pieces
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 🫙 Sugar – 1 tsp
- 🍥 Nori seaweed – for garnish
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced (optional)
- 🥚 Egg – 1 (optional)
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare the rice and keep warm.
- 🔪 Slice the salmon into thin pieces.
- 🥣 Make a sauce with soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
- 🐟 Arrange salmon on top of the rice bowl.
- ✨ Drizzle the sauce, add nori and serve immediately.
