Ingredients

  • 🌿 Spinach – chopped
  • 🥬 Mustard Greens – chopped
  • 🌽 Makki ka Atta (Corn flour) – for roti
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
  • 🧈 Butter/Ghee – for serving

Instructions

  • 🌿 Prepare saag by cooking spinach and mustard greens until tender.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden brown.
  • 🥘 Add the cooked saag to the onion mixture and simmer.
  • 🌽 Make roti dough with makki ka atta and water; cook on a hot griddle.
  • 🧈 Serve saag hot with makki di roti and a dollop of butter/ghee.
