Ingredients
- 🌿 Spinach – chopped
- 🥬 Mustard Greens – chopped
- 🌽 Makki ka Atta (Corn flour) – for roti
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🧈 Butter/Ghee – for serving
Instructions
- 🌿 Prepare saag by cooking spinach and mustard greens until tender.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add the cooked saag to the onion mixture and simmer.
- 🌽 Make roti dough with makki ka atta and water; cook on a hot griddle.
- 🧈 Serve saag hot with makki di roti and a dollop of butter/ghee.
