Ingredients

  • 🐔 Whole chicken – about 4 lbs
  • 🌿 Herbs – rosemary, thyme
  • 🍋 Lemon – halved
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 🥕 Carrots – roughly chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – quartered

Instructions

  • ✨ Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and trimming excess fat.
  • 🧂 Season generously inside and out with salt, pepper, herbs, garlic.
