Ingredients

  • 🌾 Roti – 2
  • 🧅 Onions – sliced
  • 🌶️ Green bell pepper – sliced
  • 🐔 Cooked chicken or paneer – diced
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) – to taste
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a pan and warm the roti.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  • 🐔 Add cooked chicken or paneer and spices; mix well.
  • 🌿 Sprinkle cilantro and lemon juice over the mixture.
  • 🌯 Fill the roti with the mixture and roll tightly. Serve immediately.
