Ingredients
- 🌾 Roti – 2
- 🧅 Onions – sliced
- 🌶️ Green bell pepper – sliced
- 🐔 Cooked chicken or paneer – diced
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) – to taste
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a pan and warm the roti.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
- 🐔 Add cooked chicken or paneer and spices; mix well.
- 🌿 Sprinkle cilantro and lemon juice over the mixture.
- 🌯 Fill the roti with the mixture and roll tightly. Serve immediately.
