Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef/Chicken/Pork – 2 lbs
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 1 lb, quartered
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 lb, chopped
  • 🧅 Onions – 2, quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🥣 In a large bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  • 🥩 Place the meat in a roasting pan and surround with the vegetables.
  • ⏲️ Roast for 45 mins, or until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • ✨ Let rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
