Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef/Chicken/Pork – 2 lbs
- 🥔 Potatoes – 1 lb, quartered
- 🥕 Carrots – 1 lb, chopped
- 🧅 Onions – 2, quartered
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Rosemary – 2 sprigs
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🫒 Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🥣 In a large bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- 🥩 Place the meat in a roasting pan and surround with the vegetables.
- ⏲️ Roast for 45 mins, or until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
