Ingredients
- 1 kg of pork loin 🐷
- 2 cups of milk 🥛
- 1 cup of flour 🌾
- 4 eggs 🥚
- 1/2 cup of butter 🧈
- Salt and pepper 🧂
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley 🌿
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese 🧀
Instructions
- Start by pounding the pork loin until it's thin and even 🔨.
- Mix flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, and cheese into a smooth batter 🥣.
- Dip the pounded pork into the batter, making sure it's fully coated 🍴.
- Heat oil in a large pan and fry the coated pork until golden brown on both sides 🍳.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing ⏱️.
- Serve the Rissóis de Leitão with a side of your choice, such as rice or potatoes 🍚🥔.
