Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon zest until smooth.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • 🥄 Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd.
