Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – 4 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥕 Mixed vegetables – 1 cup (optional)
- 🌿 Herbs – to garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté chopped onions in a pot until translucent.
- 🍚 Add rice and stir for a minute to lightly toast.
