Ingredients

  • 🐟 Red Snapper fillets – 2
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 3 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍦 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate the red snapper fillets with lemon juice, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and yogurt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • ♨️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • ♨️ Place marinated fish on a baking sheet.
  • 🔥 Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with lemon wedges.
