Ingredients
- 🐟 Red Snapper fillets – 2
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Tandoori masala – 3 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍦 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate the red snapper fillets with lemon juice, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, and yogurt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- ♨️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- ♨️ Place marinated fish on a baking sheet.
- 🔥 Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with lemon wedges.
