Ingredients
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥩 Ground meat – beef or pork
- 🌶️ Red curry paste – to taste
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 1 lb
- 🌿 Fresh basil – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a pot until softened.
- 🥩 Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- 🌶️ Stir in red curry paste and tomato paste; cook for 2 minutes.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
