Ingredients
- 🌰 Chestnuts – cooked and peeled
- 🫘 Red Bean Paste – smooth or chunky
- 🥧 Pie Crust – pre-made or homemade
- 🥚 Egg – for egg wash
- 🍚 Sugar – for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🌰 Mix cooked chestnuts and red bean paste in a bowl.
- 🥧 Roll out pie crust and line a pie dish with half of it. Fill with chestnut and red bean mixture.
- 🥚 Cover with the remaining pie crust, crimp edges, and brush with egg wash.
- ♨️ Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
