Ingredients

  • 🍲 Vegetable broth – 4 cups

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and garlic in a pan until softened.

  • 🍚 Stir in rice and toast for a minute, then deglaze with white wine.
  • 🍲 Gradually add broth, stirring until absorbed before adding more.
