Ingredients

  • 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
  • 🫘 Moong dal – 1 cup (soaked)
  • 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium (boiled)
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 (finely chopped)
  • 🫙 Cooking oil – for frying
  • 🧂 Spices – (cumin, coriander, turmeric)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare dough with flour, oil, and water.
  • 🔥 Sauté soaked dal with ginger, chilies, and spices.
  • 🥔 Mash potatoes and mix with the dal mixture.
  • 🥟 Fill dough with the mixture and shape into kachoris.
  • ♨️ Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot.
