Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 🫘 Moong dal – 1 cup (soaked)
- 🥔 Potatoes – 2 medium (boiled)
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2 (finely chopped)
- 🫙 Cooking oil – for frying
- 🧂 Spices – (cumin, coriander, turmeric)
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare dough with flour, oil, and water.
- 🔥 Sauté soaked dal with ginger, chilies, and spices.
- 🥔 Mash potatoes and mix with the dal mixture.
- 🥟 Fill dough with the mixture and shape into kachoris.
- ♨️ Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot.
