Ingredients
- 🦀 Fresh crab meat – 200g
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (cilantro, mint) – chopped
- 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped (optional)
- 🧅 Red onion – thinly sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🦀 Gently combine crab meat, red onion, herbs, and chili in a bowl.
- 🍋 In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 🍶 Pour the marinade over the crab mixture.
- 🧊 Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. Longer marinating enhances flavor.
