Ingredients

  • 🦀 Fresh crab meat – 200g
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (cilantro, mint) – chopped
  • 🌶️ Chili – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🧅 Red onion – thinly sliced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🦀 Gently combine crab meat, red onion, herbs, and chili in a bowl.
  • 🍋 In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • 🍶 Pour the marinade over the crab mixture.
  • 🧊 Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate. Longer marinating enhances flavor.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
