Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – full cream
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – or vinegar
  • 🍚 Sugar – granulated
  • 🌰 Almonds – slivered
  • pistachios - chopped
  • cardamom - a few pods

Instructions

  • 🔥 Boil milk and add lemon juice to curdle. Drain and mash the paneer.
  • 💧 Knead the paneer into a smooth dough and shape into small discs.
  • ♨️ Cook the discs in simmering sugar syrup until fluffy.
  • 🥛 Prepare thickened milk (rabri) with sugar and cardamom.
  • 🥣 Soak the cooked discs in rabri and garnish with nuts before serving ❄️ cold.
