Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – full cream
- 🍋 Lemon juice – or vinegar
- 🍚 Sugar – granulated
- 🌰 Almonds – slivered
- pistachios - chopped
- cardamom - a few pods
Instructions
- 🔥 Boil milk and add lemon juice to curdle. Drain and mash the paneer.
- 💧 Knead the paneer into a smooth dough and shape into small discs.
- ♨️ Cook the discs in simmering sugar syrup until fluffy.
- 🥛 Prepare thickened milk (rabri) with sugar and cardamom.
- 🥣 Soak the cooked discs in rabri and garnish with nuts before serving ❄️ cold.
