Ingredients

  • 🫘 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – soaked and boiled
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
  • 🫙 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🍞 Bread Crumbs – for binding
  • 🧈 Ghee – for shallow frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mash boiled rajma and mix with chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and coriander.
  • 🌶️ Add garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • 🍞 Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture into a dough-like consistency.
  • 🍥 Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney.
