Ingredients
- 🫘 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – soaked and boiled
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander Leaves – chopped
- 🫙 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🍞 Bread Crumbs – for binding
- 🧈 Ghee – for shallow frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Mash boiled rajma and mix with chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and coriander.
- 🌶️ Add garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 🍞 Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture into a dough-like consistency.
- 🍥 Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney.
