Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice flour – ½ cup
  • 🌱 Urad dal – ¼ cup (soaked)
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Grind soaked urad dal into a smooth paste.
  • 🥣 Mix ragi flour, rice flour, urad dal paste, and salt in a bowl.
  • 💧 Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
  • ⏳ Ferment batter overnight or for 8 hours.
  • 🔥 Heat a flat pan, spread batter thinly, and cook dosa until golden brown.
