Ingredients

  • 🌾 Wheat flour – for puri dough
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🌿 Spices – turmeric, chili powder, coriander
  • 🌱 Oil – for frying puris

Instructions

  • 🥔 Prepare sabji: Sauté onions, add tomatoes, potatoes, and spices. Simmer.
  • 🌾 Prepare puri dough: Knead wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt.
  • ⚪ Roll out small puris and deep fry until golden brown and puffed up.
  • 🥣 Serve hot puris with sabji. Garnish with coriander leaves.🌿
