Ingredients
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for puri dough
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🌿 Spices – turmeric, chili powder, coriander
- 🌱 Oil – for frying puris
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare sabji: Sauté onions, add tomatoes, potatoes, and spices. Simmer.
- 🌾 Prepare puri dough: Knead wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt.
- ⚪ Roll out small puris and deep fry until golden brown and puffed up.
- 🥣 Serve hot puris with sabji. Garnish with coriander leaves.🌿
