Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🫛 Green peas – boiled
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🌾 All-purpose flour (Maida)
- 🫘 Oil – for frying
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala)
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the filling: Mix mashed potatoes, peas, onions, chilies, coriander, and spices.
- 🌾 Prepare the dough: Knead all-purpose flour with water and oil to form a stiff dough.
- 🥟 Shape the samosas: Roll out small portions of dough, fill with the potato mixture, and shape into cones.
- 🔥 Fry the samosas: Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
