Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🫛 Green peas – boiled
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🌾 All-purpose flour (Maida)
  • 🫘 Oil – for frying
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala)

Instructions

  • 🥔 Prepare the filling: Mix mashed potatoes, peas, onions, chilies, coriander, and spices.
  • 🌾 Prepare the dough: Knead all-purpose flour with water and oil to form a stiff dough.
  • 🥟 Shape the samosas: Roll out small portions of dough, fill with the potato mixture, and shape into cones.
  • 🔥 Fry the samosas: Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
