Ingredients

  • 🐷 Pork shoulder – 3 lbs
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🍊 Orange – 1, juiced
  • 🍋 Lime – 1, juiced
  • 🌿 Oregano – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Cumin – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear pork shoulder on all sides in a large pot.
  • 🧅 Add onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • 🥘 Add water or broth to cover the pork.
  • ⏳ Simmer covered for 3 hours, or until pork is very tender.
  • ✨ Shred pork with forks and broil in oven for crispy edges. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
