Ingredients
- 🐷 Pork shoulder – 3 lbs
- 🧅 Onion – 1 chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍊 Orange – 1, juiced
- 🍋 Lime – 1, juiced
- 🌿 Oregano – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Cumin – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear pork shoulder on all sides in a large pot.
- 🧅 Add onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 🥘 Add water or broth to cover the pork.
- ⏳ Simmer covered for 3 hours, or until pork is very tender.
- ✨ Shred pork with forks and broil in oven for crispy edges. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
