Ingredients
- 🥖 Puccia bread – 2 halves
- 🌿 Olive oil – for drizzling
- 🍅 Tomatoes – sliced
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – sliced
- 🍖 Prosciutto – 4 slices
- 🌱 Arugula – a handful
Instructions
- 🥖 Slice the puccia bread in half horizontally.
- 🌿 Drizzle olive oil on both halves of the bread.
- 🍅 Layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and prosciutto on the bottom half.
- 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 🌱 Top with arugula and cover with the other half of the bread. Serve warm.
