Ingredients

  • 🥖 Puccia bread – 2 halves
  • 🌿 Olive oil – for drizzling
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – sliced
  • 🧀 Mozzarella cheese – sliced
  • 🍖 Prosciutto – 4 slices
  • 🌱 Arugula – a handful

Instructions

  • 🥖 Slice the puccia bread in half horizontally.
  • 🌿 Drizzle olive oil on both halves of the bread.
  • 🍅 Layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and prosciutto on the bottom half.
  • 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • 🌱 Top with arugula and cover with the other half of the bread. Serve warm.
