Ingredients
- 🍝 Protein-enriched pasta – 200g
- 🍗 Chicken breast or tofu – 150g cubed
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🍅 Marinara sauce – 1 cup
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp for garnish
Instructions
- 💧 Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- 🍳 Sauté garlic and your choice of protein in a pan until fully cooked and golden brown.
- 🥦 Add broccoli florets and a splash of water to the pan, covering to steam for 3 minutes.
- 🍅 Pour in the marinara sauce and simmer gently until the mixture is heated through.
- ✨ Toss the drained pasta into the sauce, mix well, and top with parmesan before serving.
