Ingredients
- 🥩 Thin steak slices – 8 oz
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🥖 Portuguese rolls – 2
- 🌿 Bay leaf – 1
- 🍷 White wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Piri-piri sauce – to taste
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥩 Marinate steak slices with garlic, bay leaf, vinegar, piri-piri sauce, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak slices until browned and cooked through.
- 🥖 Slice the Portuguese rolls in half and lightly toast them.
- 🥩 Place the cooked steak slices inside the rolls.
- 🌶️ Drizzle with extra piri-piri sauce if desired and serve immediately.
