Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, cleaned
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🥄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍤 Marinate prawns with lemon juice, turmeric, and chili powder.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🌶️ Add marinated prawns and fry until cooked through and golden brown. Serve hot.
