Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – 1 lb, cleaned
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🥄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🍤 Marinate prawns with lemon juice, turmeric, and chili powder.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 🧅 Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🌶️ Add marinated prawns and fry until cooked through and golden brown. Serve hot.
